You can choose the short 3-hour tour to take a relaxing walk along the Appia Antica and discover the remains of ancient Roman villas, tombs, mausoleums and ancient ruins that extend all the way towards the horizon. You will discover how the Appian Way developed from Rome, from the exit of the city walls to the first cities outside the city, and we will visit places wrapped in history and legend that have then turned into modern cities often perched on hills and hills.
If you want to give a more bucolic and carefree cut then let yourself be guided through the cities of the Castelli Romani and extend your tour to 6 hours of fun and treats. We will visit Frascati, a city linked to the famous wine but also to the Ville Tuscolane. From there we will move towards Grottaferrata to visit a splendid abbey dating back to the year 1.004, the only example of the Byzantine cult in Lazio.
After Grottaferrata it will be the turn of Castelgandolfo, the summer residence of the Popes, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Our tour with a panoramic ride along the ridge of Lake Albano to get to Nemi, a very small town immersed in the green of the woods overlooking the Lake of Nemi. And if you are a lover of historic buildings, you will discover Palazzo Chigi and its apartments decorated with different styles. according to the different taste and the various eras.
